Objective
Design and test a structured generative framework that could:
✔  Maintain visual consistency across multiple outputs
✔  Support controlled variation (pose, styling, personality)
✔  Be repeatable and extensible
✔  Function like a system, not a one-off generation
Approach
Instead of prompting for individual images, I designed a prompt architecture.
Defined a Core Character System
Started by defining a consistent visual foundation so every character would feel like it belonged to the same world.
Introduced Controlled Variables

Built a Structured Prompt Framework
Developed a repeatable prompt structure that made it possible to generate new characters with consistency instead of starting from scratch each time.
Refined for Consistency
Refined the system through multiple passes until the outputs felt reliable, consistent, and scalable.
Result
A fully realized set of characters (A–Z) generated from a single structured system, demonstrating:

✔  Clear individual variation within a shared identity
✔  Repeatable generation without degradation in quality
✔  A scalable foundation that could extend beyond the initial set
